How does the trial work?
After you create an account, you get instant access to all Monoloop features for 30 days. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you can try Monoloop obligation-free.

What happens at the trial end?
Our Monoloop support team will email you before your trial expires. You can choose one of four plans and pay by credit card inside the product or contact our sales team if you wish to subscribe to the Enterprise plan and pay by invoice. Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact).

If payment is not activated on completion of trial period, the account will be converted to a Monoloop Free account. The Monoloop Free account provides a limited feature set but includes tools for basic personalization.

How will you bill me?
We offer monthly billings and yearly for the Enterprise plan. You can pay by credit card online. Only the Enterprise plans have the option of invoicing. Contact us for details.

Am I eligible for any discounts?
We offer great discounts if you choose annual billing for our Enterprise plan! – contact us for further information.

Can I change plans at anytime?
You bet! Upgrade or downgrade anytime right from your Monoloop Account page.
