Profiling

Monoloop enables advanced profiling straight out of the box! Once you have pasted the tracking code on your website, Monoloop's servers will start collecting information on all your site visitors while simultaneously building a profile on each visitor.

Monoloop can be configured to include profiles from all backend systems which creates one common profile combining behavioural and transactional data, as well as any other information deemed relevant from existing CRM systems.

The tracking code has no impact on your site's page-loading times and Monoloop currently supports more than 50 profiling parameters ready for use (e.g. visitor's location, behavioural scores, product interest, category interest, visitor's intent, purchase behaviour, visitor engagement, visitor goals, etc).
